Oscar's - Kitchener

Fast forward to Sunday, May 7, just one week before Mother's Day, when we received a voicemail on our home phone stating that the person who took our reservation had made a mistake and that the reservation would not be honored. The message suggested that we could still come and wait in line, but this was not an option for our elderly mother. The last-minute cancellation was not acceptable, especially since it was Oscars' mistake, not ours. Despite the initial error made by the staff, the reservation should have been honored. Providing only one week's notice was not handled correctly. We were very disappointed with the way this situation was communicated.

The most horrible place , not restaurant because is an insult to the food industry, that I had visited in my life. I don't want even to explain the why because is Waisting my time .

My go to breakfast restaurant in town! Staff is always friendly and service is quick. I also appreciate that you can get out of there for under $10 and reasonably full with the usual on the breakfast menu.

Enjoyed dinner thoroughly. We are aware of this place but this time found that the front flower bed area left us wondering if the restaurant was open. Inside everything is well maintained but please clean up the front yard.

Tried Oscar's for lunch. An unassuming classic diner experience with great food and good service. Reasonably priced with a fairly extensive menu. Will be back!
