Macdonalds Restaurant - Kitchener

The staff is extremely friendly, providing excellent service. Overall, I must say that the restaurant is fantastic.

I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's on Ottawa Street North in Kitchener and ordered two Big Mac Meals with supersized fries, a strawberry shake, a chocolate shake, two danishes, and four small hamburgers with extra onion. I made sure to emphasize on the radio speaker that I wanted triple onion on each of the burgers. When I received my order, I noticed that there was barely any mustard or ketchup on the burgers, and the triple onion I had requested was not there. This has happened three times at this location, and I am extremely frustrated. I am willing to pay extra for the extra onion, but I expect to receive what I order. I have given this McDonald's multiple chances to correct this issue, but they have failed to do so. I urge the managers and owners to improve the training of their employees. If this issue is not addressed, I will not be returning to this McDonald's and will be taking my business elsewhere. Other customers have expressed similar frustrations, and I hope this can be resolved.

This is our go-to McDonald's because it is the nearest one to us. It gets pretty busy in the mornings with students from nearby schools and seniors who gather daily to read the free newspapers. The staff here are friendly and efficient, although it can depend on the turnover of employees, which is common in fast food restaurants. The food is typically served hot, and the coffee comes with free refills and is always good. They also offer decent muffins. The washrooms are clean and the rest of the restaurant is well-maintained. Overall, this McDonald's is above average in terms of consistency, but it's pretty much what you would expect from a typical fast food chain.

This McDonalds isn't the worst but I usually have to get my order fixed. They tend to give you something that you didn't order or in the past have had the burgers very sloppy.

I probably need to return and adjust my rating__Last Sunday, I had a craving for Portuguese custard tarts.
