Jersey Mike's Subs - Kitchener

I would definitely return! Watching freshly cut meats and cheeses being prepared right in front of you puts places like Subway to shame. The staff were amazing, friendly and made us smile and laugh. The food smelled so good that I couldn't even wait to take a photo. 10/10 experience!

I ordered a huge original Italian sub. make mikes. with exstra celestial and extra oil on the sub. the service was great and the sub was superb.

We go every year to florida, except this year because of covid 19. we are Canadian and we live in ottawa ontario our first station after crosing the limit is dewitt pa when we stop at jersey mikes and we are in the usa fir...8 weeks and we get jersey mikes at the keast 2 times a week while we are there. it would be amazing if they could have a jersey bakes in ottawa! I can guarantee that it would be a favorite, as we really only have subway here and that is not a competition for jersey mikes!

I always say a sub is a sub, but this was amazing. loved the fresh rolls to the thin cut meat. I think there's more taste in the flesh, and the bark was rare. mmm amazing taste. the personal was friendly, even if it was very busy....and that brings me to my only mistake that they are so busy that first time I had no time to really think about what I wanted in my sub. but this is just a little problem.

Not sure if they are under new management or what, but I will give them one more chance. Here's my beef. Firstly, the place looked less clean than I have seen it in the past. Secondly the lettuce they were putting on the subs was...a disgrace. It was so brown it was disgusting. There is no way the servers did not realize the lettuce was sub par. It was terribly brown. Next, the beef was of poor quality. It was dry and I believe they have bought a cheaper cut of meet. It just wasn't the way it has been in the past. Finally, there were only 2 people working despite it being lunch hour. As I said, one more chance and then I'm gone.
