Ben Thanh Restaurant - Kitchener

Had a pleasure of dining inside one of my favorite Asian restaurants after a long absence and was satisfied with the results! The menu is vast with seemingly endless possibilities for your enjoyment at reasonable prices. A copy is enclosed for you information. The ambiance created contributes to the positive experience along with the fine service. Today I opted for a combination seafood, chicken noodle soup that was packed with all of these ingredients that was ample enough to enjoy a second day. This location along with the Waterloo one offers convenient located in a shopping center off a major roadway with plenty of free parking. If you haven’t yet experienced the authentic fine cuisine of this restaurant, do so now and you won’t be disappointed! Highly Recommended!

If you love a bowl of broth and noodles with meat and amazing aromats and spices this is the place to go. Amazing food. I love the coffee and the crispy rolls were to die for. Cannot understand any bad reviews here, but I guess people find any detail to complain about. For me this is a place with fantastic Viatnamese food.

The food was a very disappointing experience. I would never go back. Most of it was inedible. The manager did not even come to our table and offered a measly take out soup as recompense.

Always amazing service and food. I have nut allergies and they always make sure everything is nut free. always fresh food. highly recommend, i bring my family there whenever we want to do a sit down dinner.

Sad to say, but this was a Thai food let down. The decor is bland. The table-top wobbled. The food was meh. We have traveled to Thailand over a dozen times and we love Thai food. However, something as basic as Pad Thai was just a plop of noodles, tofu, a couple of shrimp and a sauce that barely matches the rich flavours of the original. For a dish labeled as a house specialty, it bodes poorly for the rest of the menu. The green curry was our other dish and it also was a distant relative to the original. If you have never had the real thing then perhaps you will dine happily in your ignorance. The staff however were very polite and the service was good. I would avoid this restaurant if you know what good Thai food is like.
