There are a few service issues that need to be addressed at this restaurant. When I ordered a coffee and a pastry at the counter, I paid and a waiter brought me the coffee, slamming it on the table. He was just as rough with other customers. When my pastry arrived, there was no cutlery or napkin on my table, although other tables had them. Some of the cutlery was not completely clean. Despite these issues, the pastry was delicious and the coffee was decent.

They do not appreciate the card system. we had built up in the course of the time stamped cards and started on consecutive days. the owner accused me and my wife of being as if we had nothing better to do with our time. also a friend of us who is a jealous dame, i.e. not in their 20 or 30s has applied for work several times. Despite, they even hang a sign in the window on the look for workers and have some pretty clear children there they have never reacted to them. we will continue to support a local business.

While the service can be slow at times and they may not be perfect, my friends and I consistently visit this restaurant every Saturday after our kung fu class for a meal and coffee. In Parkdale, it is the top choice in terms of affordability and seating options.

What a candid this caffe has gone down, service is not existent. wrong coffee was waited for 25 minutes for food order, instead of too late and flat white, 2 flat whites were delivered, said nothing simply accepted. the coffee was good and completely finished when the food had not yet arrived. When I was looking for the food that was told to me, it would be only another 3 minutes, what it was not, how hard is it to deliver sausage roll and lachspattie in time? when I ordered, there was not someone waiting for coffee or eating, so they don't know how to manage if there were many customers. the sad was also that they really did not care, only young workers who run the show that obviously do not care or know what customer experience is. young girl could not explain why the order lasted so long. I'm sorry, but earlier was a good little place to go, no more, much more better place with the staff who get it!

I have been frequenting this establishment for breakfast for some time now, and they serve the best coffee in the area. Their toasted sandwiches are also excellent.
