Patcharee Thai - Kingston upon Thames

Bizarre and unusual restaurant, unusual in the sense that it feels somehow hidden for such a central location. when a part of the people went, some of whom never knew it was there, some knew it was there and assumed it was closed. this seems to be one of these hidden gems, one of those places that only “the one in the knowing it exists” the customer service could not have been better, eating was simply great, the venue incredibly quiet for a Saturday night, but everyone there seemed to have a great time. Eating was quickly served, cost for a party of 8 just £200 this included starter, net, beer and bottle wine. if you are looking for something else in kingston, they start here.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is good, place is pretty and important, that eating is also really good.

Really enjoyed our visit. Great red curry, proper sticky rice and reasonable proces. Two of us had a starter, a main and a drink and it came to £45. All the staff were very polite and the food was cooked pretty quick. Don't let the fact it usually looks quite quiet put you off. Been there for years and turns out it's because the food is really tasty

Cautious, unathentic Thai food in kingston. the stuffs are served either frozen or strong. this is not where close to Thai food once and never again.

Definitiw carries an air of elegance, but the dishes are best in average. while they got the rice right, the Veg-Tempura was naked bones and gland, the early rolls were all baked. the main course was a soulless mae of noodles and rice. far from being a bad experience, it was only lacking something you can remember.
