The kale salad and the signature canteen 900 sandwich are the bomb. Order a side of chipotle mayo with e. v. e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g..

I really enjoy this restaurant for lunch! My favorite is the signature sandwich, and the chili is very hearty. The soup of the day is also a must-try! It can get quite busy during lunch, so it's best to arrive early or a little after 1:00. The staff is super friendly, and the place is clean and tidy. I also love the juice bar!

What a hidden treasure! The decor is eclectic and stylish, the waitstaff is attentive, and the menu is innovative. We tried the Truffle Soft Scramble, and it was the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! It was beautifully served with wild greens drizzled with balsamic vinegar and toast points made from their torpedo bread. This is the best breakfast in the Valley! I can’t wait to come back for lunch!

The fluffy hot chocolate is incredible. The Parmesan truffle fries remind me of the ones served at the Apple Pie Bakery at the CIA in Hyde Park, NY. They offer a wide variety of healthy options and the ambiance is fantastic.
