Girl working in the drive through 4/22/24 around 8pm was rude as hell, if your that miserable in life don’t work in fast food

It took over 30 minutes to get a burger, fry a ice tea. The drive thru was pushing them thru but the inside with only 3 customers took over 30 minutes. Burger was sloppy fries were old

I WISH I COULD DO 0 STARS! Wendy’s is usually delicious but this place is the absolute effing worst. Why did we have to pull forward being the ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND GOT COLD POTATOES? Might be petty of me but seriously did you get them out of the fridge? Thank God we don’t live here so we won’t have to ever come back! Biscuitville is across the street so don’t waste your time on this pathetic excuse for a Wendy’s!

Service has been terrible at this location for a long time. Update March 9th 2024. Another horrible experience. Placed a mobile order for pickup inside to try to avoid the delay in the drive thru. When I arrived my order wasn't on the pickup shelf, nor on the monitor. Manager looked at the orders and she said when they had shut down one burger assembly line my order failed to move over to the other line. She put it back up on the monitor, but at the end of the list of orders. All which had been entered after I got there. So it had already been 15 minutes since I placed my order. Then it took another 15. ???

Dine in and while we was there the guy that was taking orders walked out and left a line of people .
