Wendy's - Kings Mountain

Do not visit after 10 o'clock their eating will be cold and the service is terrible. no soak for my nuggets. cold French pommes. half filled drinks. they get the work hungry and pay for a meal to get it cold. they need new management. I also work in food and I often come here and they don't know anything about good customer service.

Not very fast, even in off-peak times. It was only about midnight, and they seemed understated, so I could understand. Still polite and orders were always correct.

Drive thru took 5 minutes to even welcome us, Pommes were room temp, so the chickens Nuggets they were not even short employees.

For fast eating they offer a fairly good quality at a fair price.

This is one of my least favorite branches of Wendy's. They are prone to messing up drive-thru orders and the inside needs a good cleaning. The employees are nice and overall do a good job but I always see a lot of new faces which may be because of high turnover.
