Killumney Inn

Went here recently for Sunday Lunch and wasn't disappointed Food and Staff were lovely good value as well.

Great family run pub/ restaurant. We visit this pub very often. Food not fancy but very good. Staff friendly and efficient. The place is always full of locals which is a good sign.

Food was very fast to be fair and the staff were friendly but we were sat infront of the fire and after asking to more they said we couldn’t whilst we were roasting and struggled to finish our food as it was just too warm and had to skip desert as the heat was unbearable….garlic mushrooms were Devine

Order was taken incorrectly. When pointed out the staff were a bit confused on how to react. The quality of the food was poor. Watery mash, and clearly reheated meat.

Service staff appear not to be trained, no structure, no professionalism etc..owner I presume, a guy in pink shirt wandering in and out. Didn't seem to have a clue. Bordering on rude. Food all over cooked. Bland. I'd steer clear of the chowder. I've never seen anything so bad and it was pink!!!?? Wouldn't go back to be honest.. probably not the worst place I've been to but not the best either. Food taste possibly depended on what you ordered??? !! Left a generous tip which possibly shouldn't have but can't blame staff for not great over cooked food and a bad Manager who provides no training or coaching to staff.
