Wingstop - Killeen

The lemon pepper wings are so delicious that they'll have you coming back for more. The only thing I would improve is the cooking time; I prefer them very well done and crispy. I've often popped them in the oven when I got home, but that’s just a minor adjustment. Overall, I don't have any complaints!

The customer service was good, but I noticed that prices have definitely gone up and it seems like there's less chicken than before—maybe that's just my perception. I had to ask the manager to ensure that a staff member put on gloves after he sneezed and wiped his nose without washing his hands. I was concerned about the sanitation practices in food handling. I really wish they would always use gloves. However, I did appreciate that the manager offered to make our food herself.

I know to just order carry out instead of delivery next time. First time ordering delivery from them and they didn’t get the order right. I work 10+ hours a day so I did not even feel like driving there to get it corrected. They did take my name down for a free meal but just get it right the first time. I don’t even eat Parmesan wings and I was missing 5 pieces of corn. *blocked my address out on the screenshot of what I ordered*

I liked the Boneless wings but my wife was very disappointed with her bone in wings they were small and no flavor (we got Buffalo). The price is cheaper than most places so that’s nice

Worst service...they got my entire order wrong, then I had to drive all the way back with the wrong food which they threw in trash.. Still had to wait for order...then they put entire 20 piece in one container, had to ask for the brownies twice that they also forgot...all while watching manager, staff joking and playing around while people have been waiting 40 minutes for their order.......as you can see garlic parm are basically reg boneless...some just have some parmesan on top...definitely no garlic at all.. SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING
