Mcdonald's - Killeen

The quick service is convenient, but my order is often incorrect. I consistently have to wait at least 10 minutes for my food. Food quality is rated 3 out of 5.

The Smokey BLT Quarter Pounder at McDonald's on Rancier was disappointing due to the lack of salad and tomatoes. I would not return to this location if I could avoid it. The experience left me feeling unsatisfied and upset. It may be a blessing to not have to eat there again. I did not try the location on Stan Schluter as I found a hair in my food and witnessed a staff member who did not handle the situation professionally. Hopefully they will improve their food safety practices.

It always takes up to 30 minutes to receive your order from the kitchen at this restaurant, for unknown reasons. The food takes at least 10 minutes to prepare, as observed multiple times. The remaining 20 minutes are spent waiting for your food to arrive at your table. Are they burning the rolls in the kitchen?

I went to the wrong place for my mobile job and showed up an hour later. The staff was very friendly and tried to locate my order in the system and make it new for me so that my food would be warm:

Place was clean and stuffs were Profesional. Restrooms were not clean to standard but works. Food is as usual. For budget fast food nothing can be best then going to MC. You can order ahead of time with their mobile application. Do not have kids play center. They have a large parking area so not to worry about parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes do have wheelchair accessibility.
