Subway - Killeen

The staff here is quite slow and often seems oblivious to your presence unless you stand right in front of them and remind them you’re there. They appear to have little knowledge about the products they offer or what they have in stock. For example, if you place a mobile order for SunChips and they’re out of stock, they wouldn’t be able to distinguish between a bag of Lay’s Original and SunChips. When you inquire about the availability, they’ll just stare blankly and mumble something like, “Uhhh, if we don’t have what you’re looking for, then we’re out,” even when it’s clearly visible right in front of them. Honestly, you could probably walk out with 10 bags of chips, and they wouldn’t even notice. I’ve given this place three chances, and each time has been a comical disappointment.

The key to a good sandwich is consistency; every bite should taste the same from start to finish. Unfortunately, my bread was overcooked, and when I pointed it out, the girl behind the counter seemed annoyed and questioned who had baked it, yet still chose to serve it knowing it wasn’t up to standard. There was also an off-putting smell that accompanied the food, which definitely isn’t the typical Subway scent. The employees themselves are friendly, but the lack of proper training is evident. Nobody wants a sandwich overloaded with eight million black olives and five lines of mayo.

The restaurant was out of provolone cheese and pizza, and the employee seemed quite unhappy, which was evident. Overall, the service was disappointing.

BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! I went in this morning to grab a pizza before work but I had to use the restroom. The restroom was locked so I asked for the key. The woman behind the counter said Oh no, we don 't allow outsiders to use our bathrooms. There is a sign. I said the sign says Bathroom is for customers only. I am a customer. Then she says Oh.. But I saw red or should I say BLACK. What makes me an OUTSIDER? Because I am black, or because unlike her I was born in the United States? Outside of what??? A lot of places treat the homeless badly here but I (don 't think) I looked homeless. So yes, I cussed her out!!!! But the day before MLK day you tell me I can 't use the bathroom... she lucky I didn 't pull a Madea and drive through the window!! Don 't give this place your money, they have ignorant employees and probably ignorant management.

Horrible service wasn't greeted.The guy didn't care how he dress my sandwich.The whole experience was totally unprofessional.I hated I spent my hard earn money here. I won't go back..
