That's ridiculous! who even thought someone would pay for it was okay? first this is the second time in this week ive ordered because I have a toothache so that I eat soft food. the first job I had for two suppenspins. the potato skin on my spud burned, and my cheese on my kartoffel was alil burned, and my suppe was more like paste. I'll let it slip because I ordered 9:11 so I know how it's closing. my second order (doordash) that is the image that I published is an justaspud with cheddar jack bacon again burned the potato skins. I paid $1.75 for $2 for speck. where is money worth? the presentation of the spuds is simply unacceptable, especially if they are at work and have to get their food doordash, so I can not even check my food before leaving the restaurant. please do it better! I've been working for 2 years with mcallister, so I know how a spit should look!
I came in with my boys for lunch and ordered the choose 2 with a McAllister’s club wrap and a garden salad. The wrap was really hard, so I nicely asked them if I could get a half of a club instead. After waiting 15+ minutes. This is what I got.. and it looks horrible. I am so disgusted with the customer service and how these ladies treated me. Won’t be going back. And this use to be my favorite place.
I was excited to try the curbside pickup feature, but was ultimately disappointed. It's now ten minutes past the time suggested curbside pickup time and I've had to make a phone call to the restaurant to find out where my food is. This is an issue because the food will already been sitting there for ten minutes and by the time I eat it, it's already cold. As a final note, the sandwich is less than half full of ingredients as you can see from the picture.
I ordered the McAllister Club, no ham. Asking for no ham doesn’t mean you give me a sliver of turkey… literally one thin slice of deli meat, the sandwich was pretty much a cheese sandwich. One part of my sandwich had just a piece of turkey. I’m not sure if you all are busy or what, as I requested this via Uber eats but that’s not an excuse. Do better
Visited this place my first night back in Texas after being stationed elsewhere. Ordered online and was told food would be ready at 810. It's now 830 and still no food. Other customers have been waiting even longer for to-go orders. Hot garbage, I'll drive my butt somewhere else next time or order 2hrs ahead of the time I would like to eat. Notice the pickup time and the time the ticket was printed up top on the photo I shared
