Los Marakas Bakery - Killeen

We normally come here for the breakfast sandwiches. When the ladies are there, the place feels homie and the sandwiches are perfectly made! But I’m not sure who the guy is that shows up once in a while but he’s really hostile and the sandwiches are not made the same. We paid .75 like usual for tomatoes on my side of the sandwich and today has had to be the worst he has ever made our sandwich. I got ONE slice of tomato and he didn’t use cloves which my husband has brought to his attention in the past. The sandwiches was slightly over toasted as welI… It’s not a big deal but it’s unfortunate that one individual can ruin such a great place. I guess we will have to go when he’s not there in order to get proper service.

This place has some really good coffee and sandwiches! Their coffee def resembles a Spanish taste of coffee which I love and is my absolute favorite and their sandwiches are really big and delicious? the only reason I did not give this bakery 5 stars is because I wish their pastries were filled with more of their custards and maybe perhaps a little less dry. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this spot for a good breakfast/lunch!

Great variety of bread and pastries. El pan sobado was delicious. Lunch is also served and icecream as well.

My go to in the mornings. Great service and very clean. Highly recommend it!
