Firehouse Ranch Bbq And Catering

I stopped by to eat at this food truck and its been bothering me for over a week. It's a matter of food safety! The day I was there I noticed a lady in the truck. I think it was the cooks wife or maybe the owners wife. Don't know don't care. She was perspiring and the guy reached up affectionately and wiped the girls forehead and hair with his hand. I guess that was sweet in gesture, but then he turned around and continuing preparing the next guest's food. I had already been eating mine before this happened, I can only hope his hands were clean. It was good food, but I will never eat at a place that doesn't place hygiene before anything else. To many case for hepatitis A out there.

Our family of 8 enjoyed every bite of scrumptious, smokey, succulent BBQ... the homemade sauce was terrific also! Definitely on our return list!
