Mcdonald's - Killarney

Called into restaurant for a take away at lunchtime. Only person inside but were drivers outside. 5 staff behind counter took at least 4 minutes before being served. Staff all chatting behind counter except one girl unloading a box. Had to ask to be served! Very poor customer service

Cold food. Simple as that! Device very slow and when we finally got the food it was cold ,even burger Bun was cold. Never have I had food from mcds which took so long and was cold. Eaten all over world trust my local one to be the worst. I'm going to write to MCDonlds them self's to investigate this. You may ask why I didn't complain on day , Too busy at desk and hunger got the better of me.

Went to the drive through at Killarney MC Donald's and was told to come to the window to use the McDonald's app then was told the second I got there it's not valid when I had 8 minutes left and then the unprofessional behind the window laughed in my face and said you can pay full price very disrespectful and am very disappointed

Just wanted to get a mcflurry for my wife at 1700 and had to wait for over 15 min there was no available outside seating and the bins were overflowing

I came to McDonald’s after buying a car which I had some trouble with and unfortunately had to leave there overnight.. this had me very stressed as I am not familiar with the area and had come quiet a distance. Luckily for me, an amazing young man, Adrian, who works in McDonalds reassured me that it was fine. He was so kind to write a note and put it in my windscreen so it didn’t get clamped. I had come back to Killarney the next day to collect the car and he even came to check on us! I am so thankful for this lovely lad and his fiancé who also works in McDonalds. Absolutely beautiful people! There really is good in the world. Also really enjoyed my Big Mac so that’s cool
