Enjoyable stay at the Bay View Hotel, except for breakfast which was average at best.A small local Hotel, looks recently refurbished, with a good, friendly welcome. The room was perfectly adequate, though the TV offering is quite limited with only Saorview channels available.Having to order breakfast the previous evening is not great I really struggle to understand why this happens.Which brings us to the low point of the stay breakfast. For a meal that was ordered 12 hours earlier, we had a 35 minute wait for the food to be served, and the quality was not what you'd expect.Overall, a good hotel with super staff that got let down by (a) the early breakfast order policy and (b) below average breakfast quality. Would I stay here again? Yes, if the breakfast issue is fixed

The hotel is located on a busy road, almost on the beach. View from breakfast to the sea is nice, breakfast sufficient. You will be asked for time and food immediately upon arrival and then you don't need to wait long. Our bed was very soft, but good sleep. Bathroom with tub and otherwise very small.

Very much a boutique hotel , tailor made towards guests, central location, great food attentive staff. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous mother's day lunch. The food was fantastic and the staff very personal and friendly.
