The At Wailea - Kīhei

The best food I’ve had on Maui, paired with a stunning ambiance. The service was exceptional, making it perfect for a special occasion. The ahi crudo as a first course was among the freshest ahi I’ve ever tasted. Everything here is top-notch; it’s truly a beautiful experience!

We were a bit let down by our appetizers, which were pork ribs and saffron risotto. While they were beautifully presented, the ribs were overcooked, and the risotto was undercooked—we had to ask for salt to enhance the flavor. For our entrees, we chose the lamb and the American Wagyu Ribeye, although the ribeye resembled a Kansas City strip more than anything else, and it was a bit tough. The lamb, however, was the highlight of the night—it was incredibly tender and came with generous portions. We also ordered the scallops as an extra entree, and they were cooked to perfection, complemented by a delightful sauce. For dessert, we each had a tart: one was chocolate macadamia nut, and the other was calamansi topped with fruit. Both tarts had incredibly delicious crusts and were a delightful explosion of flavors in our mouths! Though the meal had a rocky start, it ended on a high note. While we didn't love every dish, we both agreed that we would definitely return to STILL. It’s a lovely way to spend an evening.

We had a fantastic experience with a wonderful atmosphere! My husband ordered the three-course meal, which included highly recommended pork ribs, lamb, and a calcareous tea. Since I wasn't too hungry, I opted for the à la carte saffron risotto and tiramisu. The pork ribs were definitely my favorite, and the lamb was generous in portion - there was plenty to share! We both left feeling very full. We chose to sit on the balcony and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, which was a delightful bonus considering we booked our reservation just two days in advance.

Nice to see our date night there. The ambience was perfect and the view was breathtaking. The restaurant is a masterpiece and the scallops were probably the best dish! Very recommended.

We went there for dinner and the food is wonderful. Good presentation and tasty. Our waitress was very attentive. They took very good care of us and we received a complimentary glass of champagne for celebrating our anniversary! We will definitely come back!
