Bubba's Gourmet Dog Shack - Kīhei

Most tourists on the island of Maui expect to find the best food in trendy and expensive restaurants. The reality is that some of the best foods are found in local businesses and even food trucks. Freshly prepared cuisine created by local culinary masters often goes unnoticed, but if you are lucky to discover one of these hidden gems, consider yourself happy. The top of my personal list is the GOURMET DOG SHACK from BUBBA. I never get tired of this classic red food truck near Kihei. Everything they prepare here is amazing. I'd rather eat here about Mamma's fish house every day of the week. If you live in Maui or you're just visiting, I encourage you to try this guy. From garlic barrels to spiced shrimp slabs to the entire American hot dog you cannot go wrong here.

The freshest food, so delicious! So clean and fast and great grinding! Love the coconut war. The Cajun too. Gourmet food at an amazing price! maui onion rings, fried zucchini, frits . Jambalaya, that's so good! A must try! Fresh fruit smoothies too!

Awesome Dogs...the first time at the Shack was so good we just had to go Back to the Shack the next day!!!!
