The Lobster Shack Key West

We really enjoyed our lunch at the lobster shack. The lobster rolls were delicious, fresh and loaded with lobster. My husband got the Diablo! Perfect combination of spicy and sweet with butter on the side. We may go back tomorrow. Nice little table hidden to the side of the building outside was perfect.

Small shop but prob one of my top fave lobster rolls! It came out quick as well. $30+ for all rolls

I am posting this review without bias, even though the owner responded with outdated personal information from a Google search as a scare tactic. The portion sizes did not justify the prices, and the overall customer service was quite unwelcoming. I made two visits and tried different dishes due to the numerous positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.

Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: no it's not

The prices are excessive, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff seemed impatient when I asked about the menu and even brought me an item I didn't order. This is a genuine review based on my experience on June 26 at 12:45 pm, when I placed a group order for six. Additionally, a person named Kate was mistakenly included, even though she wasn't part of our group.
