The vegetarian ramen and the shrimp ramen were terrible. there was too much salt, and the ingredients tasted stale. the staff weren?t as friendly as i was hoping they would be. we asked to sit facing the street and the host was hesitant to allow us to, although the restaurant was empty. we spent $50 on two bowls of ramen that tasted worse than store bought. here is a picture below. it may look good but it was not.

Twilight zone but I would come back. I tried to come here once before late lunch, 3-4pm) but it was a 20 minute wait, despite there only being a handful of people in here. Same thing today?I was by myself 3pm) and willing to sit at the bar but she said there was a wait. I looked around and saw one table w/3 people) and 2 individuals sitting at the bar. I later saw those two people behind the music equipment, preparing to play their set. I told her I could only wait the 5minutes and if it was going to be longer, let me know. 5-10 min later, I was seated but then waited another 5-10 minutes for the server who was standing behind the counter doing I don?t know what). The hostess came by and told me it wouldbe a few more minutes for the server as she shrugged her shoulders ??????? When the server came, I asked if the Summit Tower was a roll and she said, yes. It took another 15 minutes to get my food? no other food came out between the time Iordered and getting my food. Meanwhile I decided to order a beer from the menu, which seemed to really throw off the hostess who I asked for the beer because I hadn?t seen my server again). Then the server came back and said they didn?thave the beer I wanted?they only had 2 of the beers in their list ???? When I got my food, I was surprised that it wasn?t the traditional roll since I had asked). The only reason I gave this place 4 ?? is because it was delicious. It wasvery difficult to eat since the pieces were so big and it was too messy to hold. It fell apart as I tried to eat it???????? For me?it was just a weird experience. It felt more like a doctors office where you get one at a time service.Because I had tried to eat here before and got the same vibe, I presume this is the norm. Don?t get me wrong?I don?t like to be rushed when I eat but this was just weird. Good food but otherwise weird ? but hey, it?s key west, right? ????

There’s a decent selection of sushi options, although many of them aren’t traditional Japanese, if that’s what you’re after. The appetizer and small plate choices are appealing. I tried a spicy tuna roll and tonkatsu ramen. The sushi roll was somewhat small, but it was generally okay; I just wished it had a bit more wasabi. The ramen had a nice presentation, though it was a little heavy on the ginger, and the pork belly was somewhat dry. The noodles had an unusual texture, suggesting they may have been overcooked. On the plus side, the broth was quite good. I spent around $30 for the meal, making this a solid choice for Japanese cuisine.

I ordered from UberEats and I was extremely satisfied with the food! It was well-prepared and packaged perfectly for delivery. The rolls were absolutely delightful, melting in my mouth! I’m very pleased with my experience!

I dropped by for lunch yesterday, and I found the restaurant to be quite nice and clean. They had a great selection of specials and menu items. We began with the bang bang shrimp, which were tasty, although there was a bit too much crunchy rice mixed in. For our main course, we tried the pyramid bomb and the voodoo roll, both of which were delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the music created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience!
