My husband and I visited Sol by the Sea for dinner with friends and we had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was outstanding! Our server, Omeil, went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and brought positive energy to our table. When my group ordered a bottle of wine, I requested a mocktail and Omeil made a fantastic recommendation. The food was exquisite and we all enjoyed our meals. The coco bread was particularly outstanding. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Tonight we had an incredible dining experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. Our waiter Lazar was prompt and attentive, helping us with menu choices. The fish dip appetizer with warm pita bread was delicious. Lazar was patient as we chose our main courses, allowing us to enjoy our evening. We decided on the green salad with grouper and the seafood risotto, both of which were excellent. Head chef Ricardo checked on us twice during our meal, and even surprised a nearby table celebrating a birthday with a free appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant to diners of all ages. We had a fantastic group dinner at Sol by the Sea last week. Chef Ricardo Burke did a great job taking care of our group, even those with gluten allergies. He personally came out to explain which menu options were safe to eat. The Caesar salad without croutons and the mahi mahi were both delicious. Chef Burke went above and beyond, checking on us four times throughout the meal. The staff at Playa Largo Resort are clearly well-trained, as everyone we interacted with was friendly and had a great attitude. It made for a wonderful college reunion experience.
