Most homey place ever! All of the employees are so friendly and i’ve never had a bad tea!

I went to this establishment with some friends and one of the employees purposely singled out my friend who used to work there and made rude remarks. It was humiliating, a customer should never be treated like that no matter who they are. Absolutely appalled by the workers behavior and would love to talk to the owner, she should be fired.

Just love the atmosphere and service. I live in Cleveland, but daughter attended KSU, that's how I got there. Now that she's graduated and moved away. I wish they would deliver to me. I typically love this place, however, last week I heard who I presume to be the boss loudly berate one of his employees in front of the whole store. This was really upsetting for even me to hear. I don't understand how someone can talk to their employees with such little respect. There are better ways to correct mistakes than verbal abuse.
