I walked in and saw both a male and female employee sitting at the counter on their phones. When I approached the register, the girl continued looking at her phone until she finally glanced up at me. The guy just said "hi," without any prompt or enthusiasm. I mentioned that I had a pickup order. When I received my wings, I noticed that sauce was only applied to half of them. I understand it's late, but if you aren't going to do your job properly, maybe you shouldn't be working.

DoorDasher - Every time I've visited this restaurant, the staff has been incredibly kind, understanding, and friendly. Last night, the guy even apologized because it took an extra three minutes for the food to be ready. It was nice to see someone so considerate about delivery times, even though it wasn’t an inconvenience. I also want to mention that the restaurant is always clean, despite the heavy foot traffic it experiences every day. Great job, everyone! I truly appreciate your dedication.

The one-star reviews I've encountered are accurate, just as are the five-star ones. The reality is that the quality of the food really hinges on who is working and the time of day. Since moving to Kent, I've been ordering from DP Dough weekly, sometimes even daily, sticking to the same order each time. There are occasions when our calzones arrive loaded with cheese and pepperoni, with all the sauces included and perfectly cut. Then there are other times when our order features maybe one pepperoni, the bread is left uncut, and all the sauces are missing. I've noticed that the earlier in the day I place my order, the better the quality tends to be. When I ordered at 3:30 AM, I received a calzone that was nearly empty, uncut, undercooked, and lacking sauces altogether. Overall, I really enjoy DP Dough, but they have some room for improvement regarding consistency in quality with certain staff members.

A girl with red and black hair when I was picking up an order purposely locked the bathroom door on us because “ it was an employee bathroom only” and treated us terribly. Wish I knew her name worked on Saturday night on December 10th. Completely disrespectful and utterly horrible customer service. Will never return here.

This place was D.P. Doughey as hell. My food was totally not cooked enoughed and I couldnt even finish it.
