Palm-a-bagel - KENNETT SQUARE

Great NY Style Bagels in Kennett. When I lived in the area, I went to Palm-a-bagel every few weeks for lunch. I would go out of work with my whole team and we would always socialize with each other and the staff. I recently came back to Kennett to visit friends and stopped to get a lunch bagel sandwich. The owner remembered me (even if I wasn't in 5 years) and we had a great conversation about what motivated them to open the store and it's history. Your bagels, egg sandwiches and coffee are delicious! The owners make all their bagels daily and use excellent ingredients. It is a local atmosphere where they give customers a warm welcome and welcome a good percentage by name.

Delicious bagels made FRESH daily. They open around 7 and sometimes run out at 11 because they are so tasty, so get there early. The best meal is bagel with cream cheese. Don't expect beautiful sandwiches. Most of the 1 star reviews here are ridiculous.

Go to the authentic NY Bagels. Unlike a reviews, they do not buy them, they actually make them on site, by hand. All devices and ovens are located there, visible in the back. Get your bagels roasted, with a narrow, to go (extremely limited seating), and get a few dozen to keep in your freezer at home. I'd just skip a breakfast sandwich because they don't have a barbecue. Only one tip Onion Bagels are available on weekends or on special request during the week. And they run fast.

Best Bagels ANYWHERE! The owners are amazing, hard working, honest people! They sell out EVERYDAY so that tells you what is created in this little shop in Kennett Square.. Dont believe any negative reviews..Go in and try this for yourself!
