Taco Bell - Kenner

Every time I visit this place after 12:30, there’s never anyone at the window, despite having coworkers present. It’s clear they’re not doing their job.

I am fully aware that when choosing a restaurant such as taco bell the expectations should be low. but the tacos I was handed over to this place were embarrassing. they were easily the most vaccinated tacos I have ever received from this franchise and 3 of the 4 had ordered no single shredded cheese in them. they also forgot an article completely and gave me the wrong object for another. consider going somewhere else, even if it is another taco bell location.

Command for burritos received only two do drive-thru going in and she will speak me a liar about the manager, the manager tried to take it on the girl who let me stand there for 35 minutes and only reimburse me for one of the burritos out there, have it all said on the movie if they don't like that their job find another, but they don't have to be done with the person rude

The taco shells weren’t crispy. I wasn’t aware of this at the time, but now I understand why. The prices are high, and the dishes didn’t even have the right texture.

The Taco Bell on Loyola is absolutely terrible. When I inquired about their deals, one of the staff members was extremely rude. I didn’t catch her name, but she really needs to go. The other employees were also unfriendly and the place didn’t seem clean at all. Something definitely needs to be addressed!
