Ordered food on deliveroo. Was told that the food was ‘on its way’, an hour later rang the restaurant asking where the food was. They stated that it’s not on its way and it’s too far for the driver. Absolutely appalling the restaurant didn’t even bother to make contact. Avoid at all costs. Still took the money. Pure greed and thieves. Ordered from here spent £32 and when we got our food it was cold and we found hair in the food when I called up to complain the manager asked what you want me to do about it?
