Starbucks - Kearney

Just wanted to shout out to all the baristas because you are all great but most specifically to Bailey. She is so personable, greets me by my name, and even takes the time to leave a nice notes on my drink cup.

The location stated by Google is nowhere near the on campus location of this Starbucks. It's infact inside a campus building 2 blocks away. Not inside a residential home. Somebody should take time to fix this huge error.. very diapleased.

I get it's harder to hear people with a mask on but when your customer repeats it 2 times and corrects you a third time and you still get it wrong; maybe you need to listen better. Both Starbucks in this city are the same way; even in the drive through. Your customer should be the only thing you hear. It's not hard to make a white Hot Chocolate...yet I constantly get a White Mocha or regular Hot Chocolate. Do you not hear all 3 words? Or just make things up as you go?

There is no Starbucks here.
