Qdoba Mexican Eats - Kearney

The food is good. But they turn off their online ordering way too often. Turning off doordash I can understand. But the online order pickup with the qdoba app?I know staffing is hard post covid, but I have worked food service enough to know this is just lazy behavior. Especially when I go inside to order and there are 4-6 people working.

Fast service, wonderful food, and amazing customer service! Can easily compete with similar stores, and win. I tend to overload my burritos, and the dude working here the day we came through was like a magician. Ingredients were evenly distributed, and this guy performed a miracle right before my eyes. I watched as he managed to wrap my burrito and not tear the tortilla. I've never complimented a man on his burrito folding abilities, but on this day, I not only complimented him, but I even tipped him accordingly.

It was great today, somedays they have portion nazis, which makes it miserable to go there. But today I figured I would try again and the young man was generous and has won me back. Don't try to save a few pennies on portions when you are about to lose multiple dollars from repeat customers.

I.like this place, it's consistent and have keto options if you're into that low carb lifestyle.
