美味しい沖縄料理を出してくれる良心的なお店。通し営業で昼飲みが可能なのも助かります。沖縄そばがかなり美味い。結構、驚きました。特に「獣系」のスープがしっかりしていて、深みがあるんですよね。狭い厨房なんですが、どーやっているんだろう？麺のコシも良く、この沖縄そばだけで来る意味があります。他のチャンプルーものも種類があり、どれも大抵美味しいし、沖縄料理好きには堪らないヒージャー汁も素晴らしいです。しっかり島時間な提供ペースだったりしますが、そこはご愛嬌。コーヒー割り泡盛でも飲んでのんびりしたウチナータイムを過ごすために行くお店ですね。ご馳走様でした。

JR蒲田駅東口から徒歩数分の場所にある沖縄料理のお店「八重瀬」。 沖縄料理のメニューが豊富で、値段も比較的お手頃。 一品あたりの量はそれほど多くありませんが、いずれの料理も美味。 夜メニューにも、何種類か定食があります。 店内の雰囲気や接客は、少々独特かもしれません。 夕方の入店でしたが、アルコールを注文していなくても、お通し（400円）が自動で付くので、食事だけのお客さんにとっては、少し残念な点です。

料理がリーズナブルで美味しい。 ボトルの泡盛も結構な銘柄があるのでお酒も楽しめます。雰囲気も良く、落ち着いて食事を楽しめる店。

メニューも味もリアル沖縄料理。沖縄そばもチャンプルも恩納村や名護で食べたものより、もっとクセがある。味は好みが分かれると思う。リアル志向の方には最高なのでは？自分はちょっと食べにくいものもあった。
