Moonlight Sushi Grill - Kansas City

Without a doubt, this is the best sushi in Kansas City. I actually drive 35 minutes to visit almost every Friday. The service is fantastic, the food is incredible, and they have a great selection of drinks. I’ve been a regular for nearly two years, and their lobster roll is absolutely divine.

The food is exceptional, but we always have to wait a while for it to come to the table, so we plan accordingly. Recommend the sushi appetizer. It's a good mix to share with your significant other. Also, their lunch special on weekdays is an affordable option.

This restaurant stands out for its consistent quality in both sushi and service. It's rare to find sushi that is fresh and delicious, along with excellent service. Ting, our server, was truly fantastic!

We ordered the Moonlight Roll and the Dragon Eye Roll (not to be confused with the Dragon Roll). They were absolutely delicious!

Had many different types of sushi and all of them were excellent. Our waitress (Ting) was pleasant and brought us a complimentary appetizer that was delicious alongside our dumplings and shrimp and vegetable tempura.
