Aroma's - Kankauli

We were prepared for much less than what this place offered. Open till pm too many options to select from. Very attentive service, though small it was not too crowded, clean rest rooms nearby parking without any passing traffic. Locals recommended it...very strongly. The neon signage at night looks like the famous Mc Donald logo. It is not possible to locate this place from the highway. You will have to leave the main road drive for few minutes to reach this place be prepared to climb a flight of stairs as it is not located at the ground level. But once inside, you will be spoilt for choice. Beside Indian food they also offer international fare if you really are in a mood to spend they can offer you pricier selection of seafood. Someone mentioned that they have several hundred dishes. We were members opted for veg, non-veg items which were tasty but not too spicy. Service was prompt we all were well taken care of. Repeat or extra food items like soup naan were served quickly without long waiting period. Quantity served was good enough to share within few persons.

I do not want to vilify the status. I am just giving my honest feedback. The staff was here is very bashful and they do not know, how to be cordial with the customer. My reason for writing all this is based on their with me. I have visited this place on their price and yet they have degraded their own standards. The food was good but not that great. i feel they should pay the same attention and appreciation for every customer.

Its difficult to find some simple, hygienic outlets that serve good food with good service, this one Aroma's is one such place. Recommended highly by a local friend, the food , ambiance, service, music is good. Overall, this is a good place for family too. Chinese, Indian dishes are prepared well and thought there are local favorites such as Burgers, Pizzas , Sandwiches, i didn't try either of those. Veg. chilli, Veg. triple fried rice with kokam to gulp it down with... place is good, ambiance is good as is music and the servers are attentive and food is served quick, considering that its closer to station and they understand customers might be in a rush.. Best is the meetha paan that is served in the end , its free to add to its taste, so to speak :

I do not intend to criticize the establishment. I am just providing my honest feedback. The staff at this restaurant is quite shy and lacks the ability to be polite with customers. My review is based on my personal experience with their staff. Despite the high prices, they have failed to meet their own standards. The food was satisfactory but not exceptional. I believe they should show equal attention and appreciation to all customers.
