New Beijing Restaurant - Kamloops

We always went to Bejjing and recommended it often, however something has changed! The last two times we have ordered from there the food was very disappointing and different from what it used to be. Not sure if there is New owners or a different...cook but we will not be ordering from there again : we actually threw out the leftovers: Sad as we have been dining there for 11 years and our favourite waitress new our son by name. Time to move on I guess..

Well we usually order from MoonWalk but thought we would try the Beijing. That was a mistake and as you all know the worst feeling is the 42.00 we wasted. So learn from my error and stay away from this place as the food was...disgusting and portions were small and we ordered chicken balls and received pork. The only way for restaurants to learn is zap them where it hurts and don’t order. This place doesn’t deserve our business

Got the fried rice and the fried rinderhofan. both dishes are literally the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. the fried rice seemed not to be fried at all. it was soggy white rice mixed with unfreshed ingredients. I laughed almost loud when the table first arrived. the hofan was pale compared to normal standards, not enough soy sauce at all without taste. the whole restaurant was empty. when I went up the sign, said closed. I would have turned around and left at that point. this is really the most disgusting Chinese food I had lived in all my life. I don't exaggerate.

Always try new places for Chinese eating. this was proposed by a friend and we were not disappointed. great service and eating was superior. the menu offered all our favorites and came fast and hot. definitely back.

I have seen a lot of restaurants open and then close to what seems to be a short time. I have been going to the beijing restaurant for years and the strange time, a few of the dishes were not up to their usual, or the...buffet tablets were close to empty, but over all, it was always good with friendly staff. I recommended it to many people and so far no one had a bad experience.
