Edo Japan Northills Centre Grill And Sushi

Out of all the Edo Japan locations we've visited, this one remains the best. The food is incredibly delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the place is always clean. It's consistently a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire Northills Edo Japan team; we truly appreciate all of you!

Be very cautious: if you've been to a playground, you might expect some playfulness around a sandbox. However, when it comes to handling food that someone is about to eat, that kind of behavior should stay at the park. I've never experienced anything like this before. Food should always be handled with the utmost care. On the positive side, the staff was polite and refunded our money. However, better food handling practices are essential for all employees.

During my visit to Kamloops, I dined at this restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The food was quite good, and I chose to dine in. While the management was efficient, there is always room for improvement. I ordered the vegan rice bowl, and I was also recommended their brown sugar bubble tea, which I absolutely loved! I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it yet. I would definitely consider returning to this place in the future.

The bento boxes are a pleasure to enjoy, offering great value for money with generous portions. The hot sauce on the side is both spicy and delicious!

I placed an order through the app, but it didn’t go through, and they didn’t answer the phone. What a frustration! They claimed they were busy, but there were several customers waiting and three employees just standing around the counter. Are you telling me that none of them could pick up the phone? It’s hard to believe. I drove all the way from the south end—15 minutes—just to leave without any food.
