A&w Canada - Kamloops

I visited this restaurant twice during my stay in Kamloops, and both experiences were excellent. This morning, it was quite busy, but the young man working there managed everything with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Thank you!

I visited this location and was surprised to find that they don't wear gloves while preparing the burgers. Seriously, you can do better than this! Wearing gloves is essential for maintaining hygiene when handling food. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine. Thank you!

I really appreciate that they use real glass mugs and metal trays instead of plastic ones. It adds a lovely retro vibe to the place.

It's such a shame that our burgers were cold and the onion rings were overly salty, as if the salt shaker had spilled into the batter. I understand that they need to prepare the burgers in advance, but is there really no warming oven available?

The buns are generously sized, making them a standout compared to other fast food places. The real highlight, though, is the natural root beer; I'm not sure if it's originally from Canada, but it tastes incredible! Plus, they offer a lighter version for those with diabetic needs. Highly recommend!
