Pos: Friendly, quality coffee and food. Nice social atmosphere. Neg: Prices are somewhat cheaper than Starbucks… so not that cheap.

Went there for the first time with my daughter for breakfast. The food was fantastic same with the service. Its our new hangout!

Not bad double espresso, not as strong as I would prefer.

The coffees where good but the customer service was terrible. When about to pick up my order the barista proceeded to transfer the contents of one coffee to fill up the other. Leaving both cups significantly short of what was ordered. I asked him to top up both at which point he begrudgingly did. I asked him whether he believed it was good service and he said it was excellent. This individual shouldn't be in the service industry.

My experience was ok. It was really busy and the staff were nice and attentive. However, while the pastry I bought early in the day looked really good, it did not taste good. It wasn't fresh and tough to chew. The espresso drink I bought was also a bit too bitter. Based on the other reviews I was expecting better quality food and drink. As mentioned I liked the place and staff, so I'll have to go back and give it another try I'm in town.
