I enjoy coming to SweetGreen on 180 S La Brea Ave (Hancock Park) for several years now. I like this particular location because the service is quick great. the place is mostly clean both dining area and restrooms. The food is fresh and the ambiance (music), vibe, energy are all positive and fresh. Most importantly Maria Elena is a great employee ! She takes care of the whole customer needs. Maria Elena is sensative, aware and was very very kind to me today as she knew I came from a war-torn country and she asked how am I doing and how is my family doing. She is super duper kind and a huge asset to this branch and restaurant. I will continue coming on a regular, weekly basis, or even twice a week to this branch as long as Maria Elena is part of the staff here. She made my day today, like many other times. Her kindness and care are the reason I got motivated to spend the time here on Yelp and write this detailed review! I hope this helps.

The Sweetgreen app is not supportive of those with food allergies as the app doesn’t allow you to report them and you can’t call restaurants. Promotions are given for those who order via app for delivery and it is essentially discriminatory against people with these conditions.

This was my first time here. I was in a pinch and needed to eat. The bar looks suspicious; they have chopped salami; why!? This meal plus a drink was close to $25 bucks. Not the cleanest place; things look old and don't taste great. I probably won't be back. It's like a more upscale version of Subway. Not clear if anything is organic.

So here's the deal. As far as Sweetgreen goes this is our usual spot. 90% of the time we order on the app, pick up the food and go. What I order should be in the bag. Yet they almost always forget something, so we ask, is everything in there? Now what gets on my nerves is they will say yes, but when I check, that is not the case.
