Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered from Papa john’s pizza over 10 times until now in different brunches from London to Los Angeles this review is my very recent experience with Papa John's pizza. I ordered a chicken pizza with jalapeño(jalapeño is my favourite , It was just delicious. Also the location was open at 2 a.m. which was great… I always found Papa John’s to be quite affordable while offering a medium level of taste. The price point was definitely a plus, making it an attractive option for a budget-friendly meal. The taste of the pizza was decent, with flavors that were satisfactory but not outstanding.

The person I spoke with was very rude on the phone. When I pointed out their rudeness, they replied, Is that so? and then began to laugh. They referred to themselves as the assistant manager. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Every time I order from this location, the food arrives late, cold, and invariably with something missing. Point out that something is missing or wrong they'll just flat out lie to you saying they'll come right back and won't.

Waited for my drive up order for more than 20 minutes. Had to call twice to get an answer. Never got my order and just cancelled. Was told they were very busy when not once did they check the computer or phone while I could literally see them in the store. Have only been here one other time and I won't be there a third.
