My order was cancelled, its unprofessional and inconsiderate you didnt cancel in a timely manner. that should be clear. your employees canceled my order 20 mins before my pickup time, and i know they did because i was literally tracking the countdown while i was on the bus. it takes me an hour to get there, so yes its rude that you guys didnt even offer anything for the inconvinence. no customer service skills whatsoever. besides whenever i cancel an order from tgtg i have to do it a minimum of 2 hours in advance. so yeah im never coming back here you really know how to make your customers feel unwelcome. and yes i checked my email you cancelled my order at 542, my pickup time is 6pm

They literally canceled my order last minute, these employees are so incompetent and inconsiderate. I live an hour away so i took time and money out of my day to pick up my order. If they’re going to cancel it, do it 2 hours OR MORE in

A donut place like no other I've tried before! The donuts are such a cute shape! My favourite menu item was the huge potato and mozzarella corn dogs covered in chopped up french fry squares! It was much bigger than expected. This place is very good value as well as having a relaxed, cool, pastel vibe.
