Underrated spot for sure. iced coffee is second to none. Gigantic menu with your pick of muffins, danishes, and other treats to start your day.

Food is delicious, everyone was friendly, not crowded at all. Connected with another restaurant so if you need the restroom you have to go through the connected restaurant which is kind of a fun little detour. Parking situation: parking lot with plenty of parking.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the broccoli cheddar soup. Both sandwiches were poorly prepared, both had old black avocado in it. I order one no bacon and both came with no bacon and the cheddar soup was more of a puree very thick and no flavor.
