A belated thank you to this incredible Baskin Robbins. I was in a pinch as my old Baskin Robbins had closed and I mistakenly ordered the traditional ice cream turkeys that I have been doing for at least 10 years the now young adults still love them for sentimental reasons from a Baskin Robbins in Northern California . Long story short the Wed night before Thanksgiving I called and amazingly I had my traditional ice cream turkeys the next day .I would give them 100 stars if I could . These are kind, lovely people and who doesn't love a Baskin Robbins cone or an ice cream cake ..

It was awesome. Stoped to get me and the family ICE CREAM. Nice man helped us out and I greatly appreciated it!!

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins, and I must say, their Chocolate Ice Cream Cake is simply awesome. It's the perfect indulgence for any chocolate lover. The rich, creamy texture and the delightful taste make it a must-try.What I appreciate the most is their kids' small cup ice cream with different characters. It's not only delicious but also adds an element of fun for the little ones. My kids absolutely adore it!However, we did have a minor hiccup with the bubble gum ice cream. While the flavor was interesting, there were too many gum pieces in it, making it a bit challenging for my daughter to enjoy. It would be great if they could consider reducing the number of gums in the ice cream.

The manager was rude. His apparently recently hired employee knew nothing, and he wasn 't making any effort to train her. I asked if they had a pre-packed quart of World Class Chocolate, because I didn 't see it in the case, and I hoped they 'd have it in the back. He answered, They don 't make that, and I know they do, because I 've picked it up there in the past, so I know he 's wrong. It 's even on their website as available for ordering. He didn 't care that he didn 't know and he was wrong.I picked other flavors, went to pay for my two quarts, and the new, untrained employee tried to scan my QR code gift card on the Baskin Robbins app, and couldn 't get it to work. She said she needed my name, because she didn 't know how to ring up an app gift card payment, and I said first or last , and she gave me a hands-up, 'I don 't know ' look, gesturing at the register she didn 't know how to use, and I had to point out that it 's not my cash register, and I don 't know how to ring up a customer. She stood there, cluelessly staring at me, and I suggested she ask her jerk of a manager.He said, We can 't use phone payment . Not even their own gift card on their own app. You 've got to be kidding me. Untrained, uninterested, and incapable. Unreal. I left, buying nothing.
