The sauce on the scallops was elegant. The premium chirashi has many variety of fish.I enjoyed a bottle of Strawberry Nigori $12) very much.
I was impressed! My order from Uber was amazing. Their presentation is a plus. Made major progress. Good job! Last time I was there in person, not impressed with the customer service and the place is dated. Bathroom needs major remodel!Food: 5/5
Terrible customer service. The lady literally had me waiting for 45 min and I only ordered 3 sushi rolls. I was losing patience and asked if my order was almost done, turned out that it was ready a while ago but she forgot to pack my order, I was truly disappointed especially because they didn’t care enough. Terrible customer service!
I had the unfortunate displeasure of encountering Ashley, the epitome of laziness and detachment, during my recent visit to 2 Die for Sushi. Her abysmal service and complete lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot help but express my profound disappointment. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Ashley had no interest in providing attentive service. With a fake smile plastered on her face, she seemed more engrossed in mindless chatter with her co-workers than in actually doing her job. It took an agonizingly long time for her to acknowledge us, as if our presence was an inconvenience to her. Once we were finally seated, Ashley's incompetence became increasingly apparent. Her knowledge of the menu was nonexistent, as she couldn't be bothered to offer any recommendations or provide basic information about the dishes. It was as if she had never bothered to learn anything about the restaurant she worked at. But that was just the tip of the iceberg. Ashley's laziness was palpable throughout the entire meal. She slouched at the table next to us, more interested in staring at her precious Apple Watch than attending to our needs. It was beyond infuriating to witness her constant distractions while we struggled to get her attention. And when she did decide to grace us with her presence, it was with an air of indifference that bordered on contempt. She lazily took our orders, barely paying attention to our requests. Predictably, our orders arrived mangled and incomplete, as if she couldn't be bothered to relay our requests accurately to the kitchen. To add insult to injury, Ashley's lack of engagement and detachment were truly remarkable. She exuded an aura of indifference, treating us as mere nuisances rather than paying customers. Her responses were curt and disinterested, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unimportant. Ashley's laziness and detachment reached a new low when it came time to settle the bill. Incompetent at basic math, she struggled to calculate the total, further delaying our departure. It was a pathetic display of ineptitude that highlighted her complete lack of professionalism. Ashley's service at 2 Die for Sushi was an absolute disgrace. Her lazy demeanor, lack of knowledge, constant attachment to her Apple Watch, and detached attitude marred what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I strongly advise potential patrons to steer clear of this establishment if they have any desire for attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. Ashley's presence alone is enough to ruin the entire experience.
The sushi here is delicious. The salmon skin salad is the best I’ve ever had. Nice service and very reasonable prices.
