Little Caesars Pizza - Kalkaska

As a customer in this business for more than 20 years do not know what has happened in recent years, except Covid, but that will be quite old for an apology, they will no longer answer the phones half the time and the people who work there are simply rude and disrespectful. You had now a ride through the window up for 2 years, but for some reason refuse to open it I was in this place before or it is extremely busy working with three people and able to get your food quickly lately, there are six or seven people there working and you wait twice so long to get everything plus again they will not answer the phones half the time or more I never order pizza from there again lost

I ordered the Call of Duty Combo to contain a bottle of Mountain Dew. I asked the girl, does that come with a bottle of pop? and she said no. I'm going home and watching the advertisements for the Call of Duty Pizza, where they advertising it was sold with a Mountain Dew.

FTP wow pizza box on a police officer?!? Really?! It's amazing that anyone working at Little Caesars would have the nerve to tell a customer even a cop. I don't agree with the way police act, but not everyone is. Shame on you.

I saw a viral post that was shared over your establishment and immediately I had to make a great review! the message that one of your workers on a pizza for one???? was really enthusiastic. Bravo. We need more places like you in our community.

Don't get the fanceroni pepperoni the crust wasn't caramelized and crispy, and there wasn't over a 100 pepperoni I counted 7 of the eight slices and was only at sixty some pieces of pepperoni. They were just thrown on with 4 slices scattered with a few pieces. They are horrible at making any pizza that is baked or looks anything close to what you see in the commercials. I tried calling back 7 times and no one would answer the phone to get it replaced. It was so under cooked the crust was so limp that we only ended up eating the thin crust pepperoni and threw out the fanceroni pepperoni. Won't be eating there ever again.
