Subway - Kalida

Food was great, staff was outside smoking when we arrived and didn't wash hands when they returned. But was wearing gloves.

The waitress working during the Sunday morning shift on 2/11/24 2/25/24 at this restaurant needs to be reminded about the importance of customer service. I recommend having someone she doesn't know come in to order a sub while she is working to see if they receive the same treatment I did, which was not satisfactory. Hopefully, she will learn from this experience and improve as she continues in her career. A friendly conversation may be all that is needed to address this issue.

Not even worth 1 start it requires. Of course they didn’t have the food items needed to make orders and when you go to pick it up after ordering on the app, nobody knew how to refund the money. They voided the online order hoping the money returns to the card. Take your money elsewhere Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The service was excellent and the restroom was clean. However, the staff member did not smile, which is disappointing. People should smile more.

Food was decent, server did not smile a single time. Also had a monotone voice the whole time but otherwise it was fine.
