Henry's Restaurant - Ottawa

I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant appeared on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. It's like the kitchen ran out of all seasonings and kept cooking. First downfall of the evening was the water. It was pure disgusting. My girlfriend only took one sip and stopped too. We could hear others talk about how bad the water was. Servers acted like that was normal. I had the Bourbon Pecan Salmon and it tastes so sweet. No way that was a bourbon type of sauce, it had to be maple syrup. The hash browns were bland. I didn't even bother finishing them. The mash potatoes might have been the only redeeming part of my dinner and even then it's like it wasn't cooked with salt or butter. Just literal mashed potatoes. I tried my girlfriend's prime rib and it was just sad. They had to just get it from the butcher and put it straight on the grill then a dish. No salt or spice touched it. I do not recommend this restaurant. Go anywhere else.
