Easy ‘que - Kailua

Didn?t manage to get pictures of my actual food; however the Mac and cheese, corn salad and corn bread were delicious. We had four different choices of meat and they were all delicious. Try it all, can?t go wrong! The crispy burnt ends were loaded with flavor ??

So I wasn't blown away but it wasn't terrible!! I'll explain in a sec why it's 3 not 4-.4.5! We tried the family pack, which was the more practical decision. With that you get 3 meats and 3 sides. We love Mac cheese so we doubled up on that!! We chose brisket, Kalua pork and Ribs( to note read carefully about that as we were confused) if you chose brisket add 3 bucks, if you add ribs it's +10 bucks. On first read it's not that clear. Some of the best BBQ we have ever had period! So good we came here twice over our short visit to Oahu and ordered the family of four combo just to have leftovers. Everything we got was really good and you can 't go wrong with pretty much any of the meats. I personally really loved the Portuguese sausage and brisket. We in fact had brisket three ways, brisket loco moco, brisket patty benedict and the class brisket with the two meat plate. All three were really good and featured the brisket in a slightly different form/cook. Beyond the meat we enjoyed pretty much all the sides but particularly loved the cole slaw which was rich and creamy while still very crunchy as well as the grilled cornbread which honestly is the only way I want cornbread anymore. I also loved their BBQ sauces and wish I could take a bottle of each home with me. Final note, the chickens hanging around their restaurant and parking lot are absolutely adorable. Anyway I highly recommend Easy 'Que if you are anywhere on the island and craving good comfort food.
