Starbucks Honokohau Harbor

Edi is hands down the best and kindest barista at Starbucks! She truly embodies the spirit of "Aloha," which seems to be lacking in many Starbucks locations nowadays. Edi always welcomes every customer with genuine joy and an uplifting personality. This has become my go-to Starbucks on Hawaii Island! Starbucks should seriously consider cloning Edi and promoting her to management to train all their employees! I'm not kidding, Starbucks! #Starbucks

This Starbucks consistently delivers excellent customer service. They graciously exchanged a drink I purchased at another Starbucks in Kona because I found the drink undrinkable. The Honokohau Starbucks staff was very accommodating, and I truly appreciate it. It's my favorite location in the Kona area!

I had the pleasure of trying authentic Kona coffee for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. I can't understand why people choose to spend their money on Starbucks. While I realize Kona is considerably more expensive, I believe it's well worth the price.

Fast Friendly Service! I had one of the best Lattes I've had in a while at this location. I just wish Starbucks wouldn't use togo cups for everything!

Friendly service. Nice spot to chill and eat breakfast. Outdoor seating was beautiful with the sweetly scented Tiare/Gardenia flowers. Drive thru was busy but fast moving.
