While the photo may not be the best, don't let that deter you from trying this restaurant! I ordered the tuna sandwich with fries and a drink, and it was delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly and the prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend giving this place a visit!

I love the sandwiches at this restaurant, as well as the Cajun Fries. However, during my most recent visit, the fries were overwhelmed with Cajun spices to the point where they were inedible. There was an excessive amount of spices at the bottom of the cup, around 1/4 cup. This is not typical of my past experiences and I'm not sure what went wrong.

Every time my fries are burned. Unbelievable. Why do I spend almost $30 for food that comes wrong? And I'm going back to give him another chance, and it's still disappointed. This place is understated and apparently they don't know what they are? I imagine because neither my sub-parts were right. Zero seasoning, no spices and not even properly cooked. I'm never going downtown again. I'd rather go to the North Sea if I spend this kind of money. This franchise is garbage and has gone badly downhill. Not to mention, I waited 35 min for 2 subs and burned pommes. And I'm not even mad at the workers because there were only 3 girls and they work where super sweet and hard, but it's obvious that training is garbage because it shows in food.

I must say that I have not been here in a time and I can honestly say that this was the best customer service O had in a very long time. You have the best employers!!! They were so friendly and helpful.

Food was great but the service was even better! All the sandwiches are fresh and grilled to order! If you're in the area you have to stop by!
