Contribuiți la feedbackW/ burger in your name I can?t understand how bad this burger was. The driest meat and bread seemed old no flavor, dry. I?m shocked. I tried this place cuz they ?preach? quality. would?ve been better off buying a burger from McDonald?s for a fraction of the cost.
I came in because of a coupon book and loved the food. The burgers and chicken were both good to enjoy. Now I am a stubborn person when it comes to accepting help. After declining for help the cashier insisted on filling up my soda for me. And another crew member walked my food out to my car. Mind you I have one healthy hand, it put a smile on my face that night and made my weekend: . Thank you BurgerFi for the great Customer Service and Quality of food! I reheat the chicken tenders and fries in Air Fryer and they're good for up to a week!
Not only is Tyler a great worker but he is extremely friendly. Sometimes it seems like no one is doing anything but every time I come here and Tyler is working he?s running the show! It?s refreshing to see a young man with good work ethic. Keep up the good work!
Ordered for take out, fries were undercooked and basically raw inside, my chicken tenders were ok at best, food is overpriced. It took 15 minutes for my order to be made and it wasn?t even done properly.
Lol...I just came online to post my review after a terrible experience and I 'm amused. The manager on duty told me they had 100 's of positive reviews...neat trick, since they have only 83 reviews with an average of 3.6*. But I digress. I discovered this BurgerFi earlier this week. I was very happy to discover that they are one of few places that still has a veggie burger that is not a beyond burger. I even went back later in the day. The veggie burger is excellent. The service was also very good. However, the restaurant was empty (now I know why), so that was easy. Today, I went in at 3:15...still a slow time of day. I went up to the register and the gentleman asked if I had ordered online. I said no . He wandered away from the register and around front to the self-checkin (registers I had not even noticed before). I was wondering if he was going to make me order online for myself even though the restaurant was empty. Then, another woman walked in. He asked her the same, Did you order online? She said yes and he told me he 'd be right with me and began to pull together her order (which included quite a number of items). WTH?!?! He couldn 't take my order so the cooks could begin before helping the woman who came in after me? I left and called to let him know how upset I was. He said, well, she called before she came. SO WHAT!!!! I was there...in front of him. Calling only means the order is ready when one arrives, not that other customers should be pushed aside because, well...she called. Then, when I asked for his name, he would not give it. He also explained that he did not have time to speak to me, because he had customers (again...very slow indeed in the restaurant) and employees he needed to deal with. Apparently, he didn 't need to deal with a customer he mistreated. Update: I completed the contact form as BurgerFi 's corporate office requested and they did not respond. That 's how seriously they take concerns. I still stand by my reviews for o
